The PA12 + CF series is another version of the technical capabilities of the PA12 filament, which has been additionally reinforced with 5% and 15% addition of carbon fibers. It is characterized by high thermal resistance and lower shrinkage compared to the unmodified Nylon PA12. The use of carbon fiber allows the weight of the component to be reduced while maintaining its high structural stiffness.

The use of PA12 + CF will find a place in the automotive and engineering industries, when creating advanced prototypes, drones, and final products requiring increased durability while reducing their weight.

•          Increased tensile strength compared to PA12
•          higher stiffness compared to PA12
•          higher thermal resistance compared to pure PA12 (up to 160 C)

How to print?

•          printing temperature: 255 - 270 ° C
•          bed temperature: 90 - 110 ° C
•          a closed and heated chamber is recommended
•          WARNING! The material is abrasive. It is recommended to use a hardened or ruby steel nozzle.

•          twice the tensile strength compared to PA12
•          more than twice the stiffness compared to PA12
•          higher thermal resistance compared to pure PA12 (up to 160 C)
•          high chemical resistance

How to print?

•          printing temperature: 255 - 270 ° C
•          bed temperature: 90 - 110 ° C
•          a closed and heated chamber is recommended
•          WARNING! The material is highly abrasive. The use of a hardened or ruby steel nozzle is required.
